We would love for you to get to know the family behind our work. At the heart of our family is Sköt, our patriarch. He moved to Wisconsin from Arizona, bringing with him over 20 years of experience as a mechanic, including specialized work in mine support for CAT. Sköt proudly served in the Air Force and continues to serve his country stateside.
He is known for being smart, humble, and always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. Our youngest, Frayja, is a lively and spirited five-year-old finishing her first year of school. Right now, she’s especially excited about her very first loose tooth. We are a proud, hardworking family of patriots who love the Northwoods and the community we serve. Our values are rooted in service, dedication, and treating people right—both in our home and in our work.
Above all, he is a devoted father to his three children. In 2025, Sköt married Rachel, a nurse in Antigo with over 15 years of experience. Her dedication to caring for others carries into both her profession and her role within the family. Our oldest, Mason, proudly serves in the U.S. Navy. He is quick-thinking and works hard to protect his country while building a future for his growing family. He is preparing to marry his fiancée, Niko, who will soon be a wonderful addition to our family. Lucas, our second oldest, is finishing high school and plans to join the Air Force.

Wolf River Property Management started in 2022 as a simple father-son duo with a passion for helping our neighbors. Today, we’ve grown into a full-service seasonal contracting team.
